Paid and downloaded the app and it wont open. Reinstalled three times

Make sure you turn up the sound on your device. I had mine muted and thought the app didnt work.

nothing is opening.

The app does not work. I have tried to use it multiple times and nothing happens after the opening screen. Very frustrating.
